Title: Repeal the FAFSA guidelines
WHEREAS: Persons convicted of drugs violations automatically get denied Federal aid, and
WHEREAS: Rapists and murders still have access to aid ($) but people with drug possession or addiction problems further get punished.
1. THEREFORE: be it resolved that Federal aid should be available to all who are seeking the opportunity to educate themselves, regardless of previous drug convictions or drug addiction problems.
