Title: Administrative Staff and Consultants to All State Legislatures, in Particular the California State Assembly and Senate

WHEREAS the Number of Latino’s Elected to the California State Assembly and Senate and Continuing to Increase;

WHEREAS the number of Latino’s hired and serving in the capacity of senior administrative staff and consultants to all State Legislatures, in particular the California State Assembly and Senate, has not increased;

WHEREAS the Latino Community suffers from the lack of senior Latino Community suffers from the lack of senior Latino administrative staff and consultants advising All State Legislatures, in particular the California State Assembly and Senate on policy issues;
