Velásquez Institute's Anniversary luncheon celebrating 15 years of voter registration research, intermestic and public policy, and economic strategies to empower Latinos communities across the Southwest and nationally.

WHAT: The WCVI's 15th Anniversary luncheon & conference will highlight the debate on School Vouchers, Immigration Strategies, Latino Electorate Trends, Redistricting, the Mayors Economic Development Performance and the "New" Mexico Under Fox.
