111th Congress - Under Performing Senators and Representatives by State

Definition of an Under-Performing US Senator or US Representative: A member who scores less than 70% on the Interm Immigrant Justice Scorecard and who has a significant amount of an immigrant profile community population. For a Congressional Distirct, this means having at least 50,000 Latinos, Non-Latino Asians, and/or Foreign Born Populations. For a state, this means having at least 250,000 Latinos, Non-Latino Asians, and/or Foreign Born Populations. (Populations based on the US Census Bureau's 2006-2008 ACS Data)
